The staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable while donating.
I have no record of any donations to Grifols, and I am currently listed on a permanent ban list initiated in Oklahoma in 2013. My blood donations have been exclusively through the Red Cross, who are unable to remove me from this list. Therefore, I advise against donating plasma at this location. All they do is confirm my Ss# and say they can't do anything? Like maybe check my blood?! There is nothing wrong with it, ask my doctor!!
