I just drove to to Grifols plasma today from Palatka Florida I am a frequent donor I donate twice a week for the last 6 years ever since the pandemic started I've never had an issue finding a vein and they had these two guys that have never seen before at this place put a surgical band around my arm cutting the blood supply off to my arm for over a minute on each arm which was very uncomfortable and then they said they could not find my vein they were feeling all over my arm and not in the spot where the they're supposed to ... read more
Staff tends to be unprofessional at time be aware
I came here Wednesday January 7th 2026. I will not be returning here. Because 1 of the workers carelessness. Didn't hook up the tube to the bowl and my blood leaked everywhere all over machine, table, and the floor. And when she noticed it. She didn't do nothing about it. But tell another worker who went out of her way to turn off machine. I want to personally thank you Shakira for fixing the problem. I appreciate you. God bless you.
