I entered the facility as a first time donor and there was no one at the front desk, so I sat down where it was labeled “first time donors.” Might I add, I was the only person sitting in this area during this whole affair. 20 plus minutes go by; no greeting, no one caring to approach me despite staff members seeing me there. Came there today, experiencing high anxiety about the whole process cause I really do not like donating plasma, it’s an absolute last resort and I was overwhelmed with stress, trying to get money to pay a light bill before it gets disconnected. Had to get a sample drawn in order to donate, the process takes 14 days to be sent off and tested. Well on day 15 I came in and there was no record that the sample was sent off or tested. And none of the staff took responsibility for anything, or even apologized. Donate elsewhere if you can.

Been calling about my blood sample for 3 weeks no one ever answers the phone worst customer service I’ve ever seen wldnt recommend them to anyone
