All the phlebotomists here are absolutely amazing. They're very good at their jobs and also super friendly. I've been donating here twice a week for almost 3 years now.

Terrible customer service, I called before I came and when I got here the lady at the next take the person that was standing at the desk and didn't asked who was next. I don't TELL her I was next and she ignored me and took the other lady that came in after me. Then when she get to me she told me I needed an appointment, I drove an hour to get there and I called before I came. Used to love this place thought I give it another try. Never again I'm going to wait a couple weeks cause I didn't get my referral bonus and then today 09/22/2026 they made it hurt sticking me cause of my no flow. And then they had to readjust it cause it made it a high pressure return. Pick your plasma center carefully I'll go back to kedplasma. I knew I didn't like this one for a few reasons.
