Had to get a sample drawn in order to donate, the process takes 14 days to be sent off and tested. Well on day 15 I came in and there was no record that the sample was sent off or tested. And none of the staff took responsibility for anything, or even apologized. Donate elsewhere if you can.

Been calling about my blood sample for 3 weeks no one ever answers the phone worst customer service I’ve ever seen wldnt recommend them to anyone
Very efficient staff and they always seem to be cheerful I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about donating
Screening and donating has gotten very efficient and staff are generally wonderful. I will say that its impossible to try and call the business, as the phone is actively ignored and set on the lowest volume ring setting or muted.
