DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The unprofessionalism of the two individuals was most concerning. I was a physical therapist for 15 years and in the medical field for over 20 years. Having hard time calling in and talking to someone. I've been waiting for a reply back for almost there weeks.
Will not go back. I have a phobia of blood, my friend brought me here as he was donating, hoping I can work through it and eventually donate myself. I just drove to to Grifols plasma today from Palatka Florida I am a frequent donor I donate twice a week for the last 6 years ever since the pandemic started I've never had an issue finding a vein and they had these two guys that have never seen before at this place put a surgical band around my arm cutting the blood supply off to my arm for over a minute on each arm which was very uncomfortable and then they said they could not find my vein they were feeling all over my arm and not in the spot where the they're supposed to ... read more
