Unfortunately, the service and communication has been unacceptable. The patient was the main contact, getting updates in the hospital post surgery. They thought he had been discharged and were trying to deliver the feeding tube equipment and feed to the house. They ended up delivering a day later at 2 am. The nurse at the hospital had to call to talk to a real person. It said it would arrive in 2 hours but took 4. We were up for the delivery, but it was just left at the door with no signature requested thought hats required ... read more
They where very helpful the meds got here on time I needed additional support with a nurse to walk me thru the IV meds process in a Sunday because the Home Health care agency would not answer or return my call and you guys walked me thru the process I needed additional supplies and you sent it right away I'm extremely thankful and would refer anyone that needs your services again Thank you for your support
