This was the first time I was able to use BioScrip for my home infusion, and let me tell you something. They sent over this nurse, her name is Aldea (Rene) Tyus, she is an angel from God. What a loving, caring, attentive, and sympathetic person. WOW let me tell you I will never have an infusion any other way. BioScrip is always going to be my go to infusion provider. My friend in Vero Beach is on Daptomycin. This company has failed to deliver and when they do it’s at 11 or 12 at night. You call… no one answers or if they do they don’t act on the request. Terrible company!!
