No one ever answers the phone at the Melbourne office even when you receive infusion supplies and NO NEEDLES to infuse over a week ago! Still missing supplies for my 2 sons and haven’t been able to infuse for almost 2 weeks! Answer the phone!!!! YOUR ILLINOIS office never returns phone calls. They promised to call me back on Monday about the missing supplies and it is now THIRSDAY! This is unconscionable. IV medication was delivered damaged. It was supposed to be ice pack but the ice packs were hot to the touch when we opened the package. Called and left multiple voicemails and nobody bothered to call us back. Will report to patient doctor and hospital.
