I am so disappointed in the Bioscipt office in Alexandria. Even after going to the office, calling on the phone, and almost begging to be notified of when my husband’s infusion appointment would be, nobody could tell me or would even return my calls. When I finally got someone on the phone in Shreveport, I was told, “Oh it was the yesterday.” “Nobody told you?” Totally ridiculous and uncaring attitudes. Where’s the professionalism and empathy in healthcare gone these days?😟
