Beware, in all sincerity. It's difficult to tell whether there is such a profound depth of incompetency or this is a scam. They will claim they are able to work with your insurance and honor your prior authorizations, but I was left with enormous bills and an inability to resolve them. Denied my medication by billing clerk. Over $100 bill they failed to file with insurance. They informed me 3 years after the fact that they had not been Paid for a $100 bill from 2002 and are now claiming I should have kept up with the billing. In the meantime they have my medication and I have no Way to be infused. They found out there was a billing problem at the two-year mark and still did not inform me. Professional, friendly, patient. Zero complaints!
Matt, was my nurse, I hadn't really had lunch and right after my infusion. I started getting nauseated. We sat for a bit and I thought it had ended. Nope, as I moved to get up, I threw up. God love Matt's heart, he cleaned it up, cleaned my toes and my shoes. I apologigized, he said, you're okay..this is what we are here for. He was concerned about me, we waited for a bit, I finally felt well enough to leave. Thank you Matt your help and concern!
