Silvia was amazing. I love her customer service and her overall attitude. Her attention to detail was amazing. I was nervous getting my blood taken as I always am but she helped me through everything and she did not bruise me. Normally when I get my blood taken I always have a bruise and this time I did not. This is my new lab!

Sylvia is THE BEST. As a fertility patient, I have gotten more blood work in a year than most people get in a lifetime. Sometimes 3-4 times in one week. I HATE blood work (fainter) and Sylvia makes something really hard for me, just a little bit easier. Not to mention she is the only one working there and is always working her tail off and always has a smile on her face! Thank you Sylvia!!
I have a huge fear of needles and getting my blood drawn (like usually pass out). I honestly got referred to BioReference because I do not have insurance and they are supposedly the cheapest around so I was definitely nervous to go but Sylvia was AWESOME! She could tell I was nervous and calmed me right down! Very gentle and quick. I won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you! -Melissa
