Excellent service ,got my orthotics 4years ago .they did very good job . Went back couple of times during these four years to adjust my orthotics,they adjusted it for me ,they refused to charge me .they didn't push for new orthotics to be made . excellent people . Highly recommend them.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, with genuine care and professionalism throughout my visit. The orthotics were thoroughly explained and carefully crafted to meet my specific needs, making the process clear, personalized, and reassuring. A special mention to Sydney at the front desk! She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Bioped for anyone looking for quality care and expertly made orthotics!
