Brandon is amazing at this Bioped. He is so attentive and careful when he makes my orthodics. He even repairs old ones when I go back in for new ones, so I can use them in other pairs of footwear! I highly recommend this store for custom orthodics.
It looks like I can't add a new review so I'm editing my last 5 star review. I'd like to give BioPed and Brandon 6 stars. You guys are awesome. I picked this store ages ago for my first orthotics because it was close to where I worked at the time. This is the only place I'll go for orthotics now. The service is incredible and my orthotics don't seem to wear out. And Brandon will tweak and fix up any orthotics, old or new, until they are perfect.
Brendan was absolutely awesome to work with. He was thorough, and explained everything very clearly every step of the way. Fast service also. Thank Bioped and especially Brendan.
