When it comes to your child, you never want to see them go through anything difficult. Unfortunately, our daughter was diagnosed with Torticollis, which required her to wear a helmet. We were referred to Bionic by our pediatrician, and I am so grateful that we were. The staff did an EXCELLENT job of helping us get through the helmet phase. I would like to express my gratitude to Libby and the staff. I was very worried because my baby’s head was flat in the back. My pediatrician told us it would improve on its own, so we waited for several months, but it didn’t get better. After discussing with my wife, we came to Bionic, and through the consultation with Libby we learned that helmet therapy is still possible even at 8–9 months. Great experience here ! Staff is super friendly & very patient. I really appreciate all they have done and be able to see us as a big family. I have been to two clinics, one of them being for my other son(2020) and if I had to compare I would say BIONIC is so much better/honest.
