Libby helped my wife and I achieve the exact outcome we were seeking for our son. Not only did she demonstrate patience and transparency, answering all our questions and responding to all our requests weekly. She also proved her expertise: She predicted the treatment timeline accurately and consistently tweaked our son's helmet to make it more effective and comfortable. Recommend.
My son completed his helmet treatment yesterday and the result was more than perfect. I had consulted with other centers and felt that they were trying to push a sell instead of offering a service, but when I visited Bionic, I knew it was the right place. The program is personalized, and—although it took some time—it was well worth it. I was nervous when I first came in but she made sure she explained the whole process and was very thorough I highly recommend
I would totally recommend this place. We consulted with Libby for our baby and she was so gentle and calm with our baby during all our sessions. She knew exactly what she was doing. Definitely felt like she was well experienced. We did not expect such great results with the helmet but now we are so glad we did it. Thank you.
