A life enhancing provider! He is Board Certified in Biofeedback and Neurofeedback. He has worked with a variety clients with diverse needs. His equipment and skillset is top-notch! It works!!!
I really like working with Kris, he helps me plan week to week how I can engage in activities that support my mental and physical health. Then the calming exercises he guides me in and biofeedback is SO helpful for my overall well-being and alleviating some symptoms of chronic illness. I highly recommend him.
Doing biofeedback and neurofeedback had been really helpful in recognizing where I feel discomfort and how to regulate stress. I have done biofeedback with Kris for a while now, and I think that he’s really good at what he does and is very friendly and understanding.
