Biomechanix Physical Therapy is amazing they are the best in the business. I went in because I had limited motion in my left shoulder. I am currently training to be a firefighter and having a nagging shoulder injury doesn't help. I seen Michelle, Kayla, and Bri and they were superb and in just four visits I had my mobility back. I have been to many PT offices that simply hand me a piece of paper with a few exercises I could have found on google, watch me do them for 5 minutes and then stick an ice pack on my knee for a half hour. That is NOT the case with Biomechanix. From the start Tim was not only working my knee but my entire upper body as well. I am getting in great shape and find my knee healing faster now that the rest of my body is becoming stronger. If you want to rehab an injury the right way then this is the place! Totally recommend.
Bittersweet day at Biomechanix as it was my last session with Craig and Mark! I broke my pelvis on February 6, 2015 and began PT with them on April 1st. They were a very integral part to my recovery. First visit I was using a walker. Then I began using a cane and on the last two visits I was able to walk in on my own. It wasn't a pretty sight, but I did it without the cane. Thank you to Craig, and his excellent staff at Biomechanix Physical Therapy. I was treated by Craig for a problem with my rotator cuff. I received quality care and therapy to solve my problem. I am now able to return to playing golf pain free. This is not the first time that Craig has worked his magic on me. Had a knee replacement June 20 2014 my recovering was very slow and painful. But the team at biomechanics have been very patient with me and understanding. I am now walking and riding a bike I owe it all to biomechanics . Thanks for everything.
