RecommendedAfter the initial visit (plan for 4 hours at least), they are pretty efficient. Each donation that we've given has taken about 1-1.5 hours. The facility is always clean and the staff is generally upbeat and positive. It does get cold so bring a jacket or a blanket.

RecommendedThis used to be a great facility - do something good and receive some cash. I dread going in this place now because it takes 2 hours from start to finish. With all of the people that are signing up daily, they need more people on the schedule. There’s 5 booths, but only 2 people in them at a time. 4 rows of beds to donate in, but only 2 open at a time. With the holidays coming up and everyone trying to earn extra money, they need more staff scheduled. :/ seriously
