Worst donation center completely unprofessional and they have messed up my vein twice once blowing it up now bleeding out under needle used to be the best now they’re just trash
Everybody's always in a good mood whenever I go donate. It's always clean and the employee's are friendly.
My recent experience at Grifols Plasma Center was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning. After nearly 20 years since my last plasma donation, I decided to donate again to earn extra money for school supplies while also giving back to the community. I scheduled an appointment for February 4, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. and interacted with the 1st shift, who were professional, organized, and courteous. I wasn't happy this morning. I went there to relax before my donation and went to use bathroom And a lady name Blessing tell me to leave, causing my high blood go up and can't make it to do donation. I'm not happy about this.
Absolutely terrible experience. Staff could care less about their patients and I left bleeding a profusely amount of blood. DO NOT EVER COME HERE
