Great place to donate. Very kind staff...
This is the worst plasma facility I've ever been too. The staff is poorly trained, the bathrooms are dirty with no soap to wash your hands and there equipment is apparently not calibrated daily as they say. I tried to donate last week and they told me my iron was 1 point to low so I went home and I ate as much protein and iron rich foods as I could. When I came in the next day and had my blood tested I was 5 pounds heavier and the iron and protein had gone up almost 3 points from the previous days test. I just came in today ... read more
1st visit went fine. Dayla was an awesome intake specialist! 2nd visit I started feeling nauseated. It turned out my machine went to the slowest setting and was causing me to be sick. The blonde Asian guy yanked my need out rough and left a lot of blood in my wrap, noticed when it was time to remove. I ended up vomiting when I went home. Was sick all night and now can’t return.
