Apparently I have a deferral from the previous company and I cannot do anything about it and nobody to call or talk to. A big waste of time. Thanks Biomat.
I just wanted to express my satisfaction with my experience today. I had to transfer to this location from the Allandale/Airport location and the staff explained the process and got me processed and donating with minimal wait. The staff was kind and knowledgeable (although they need more staff in front). I very much recommend this location (the north one is also very good) should anyone be considering donating plasma. Great job!
