My husband had donated here twice and was falling asleep so they ended his donation early. The next time, months later, we called ahead and the nurse got on the phone and asked if he was hydrated and had eaten, which he was and had, and she said ok. He started checking in and added a new med for diabetes, Metaformin, they had him on. Aubri and Will are the best! Very funny and down to Earth, they've made me feel very comfortable and at ease in what could be a tense situation or procedure for some. My experiences havent always gone smoothly because of my veins, but their positive attitude, openness and humor all lighten the mood and made me more than willing to come back in.
