I go twice a week! Grifols>CSL plasma
Have a few unprofessional staff that work the front and get upset over answering a question wrong in the kiosk… they assume if I wanted to lie the first time don’t you think I would do it again the second? I get it’s for safety but maybe listen to the people who actually come in to donate instead of assuming and terminating someone for a stupid reason instead of coming to terms.
