Terrible plasma place will defer you causw someone said something so never go here if you have enemy’s causw they deferred my wife saying she never told them when her questionnaire never asked so yeah this place SUCKS!!!!!
Genuinely one of the best donations centers I’ve been to. Every one is so friendly and extremely accommodating. I’ve had negative experiences with donating in the past and they truly put my fears the rest. (When you go, ask for Katya. Easiest stick EVER and she’s hilarious )

The nurse and management of this place is a joke to say someone said something when you clearly was listening to the person behind me ask about a weed and I said idk and then you go put in the computer in the notes that I said something about a weed card we just know a complaint was filled on my behalf because I wasn’t informed that she put that in the file a yr Boom now I can’t donate Yeah I reached out corporate now let see how they treat the people who is saving lives
I'm 32 and have been donating at this plasma center since I was 18. The staff is always so nice and comforting, even on crazy days, always keeps me laughing, all while staying safe and professional. If you want to try donating plasma and need a trustworthy center, this is it!! And thanks to Alicia (been here as long as I can remember) for making my donations painless and enjoyable, and for training employees so well.
