The woman who was instructing my friend on her first time donating was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was hostile towards her, uncooperative, and when my friend was reading the book (the terms and conditions and what not), she rudely snatched the book out of her hands and walked away. I will not be recommending this place to anyone, I would rather take the drive to edmond and donate there. This is a shame because i’ve had lovely experiences before in the past.
I was denied the opportunity to donate based on my weight, despite there being no stated upper weight limit. Meanwhile, others with similar or lower weights have been accepted, which feels inconsistent and unfair. The staff did not provide a clear explanation, and the overall experience felt unprofessional. Situations like this raise concerns about whether all individuals are being treated equally. I strongly encourage this location to clarify their policies and ensure respectful, consistent treatment for all donors.
Extremely rude staff. Miscommunication between staff members caused me to almost pass out.
