Good people friendly always joking with people
Absolutely 100% rude and disrespectful people. And workers very unclean and unsanitized. I would not recommend this place anybody, or nobody at all.
Please explain to me WHY IS YOUR APP SUCH A P.O.S? I've had to reset my password at least 5 or 7 times in the last year? So frustrating! The 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is for Janeth!! The first time I donated, Janeth was my phlebotomist. Janeth has always been so professional and caring and goes the extra mile for whomever she helps. Thank you my darling! 😁
Gone here many years ago, had to stop going here because it was over ran by tweakers trying to get their fix money. Even after I was already in the system I still had to wait like 3 hours. This was over 10 years ago, the pay was like $35 or $45 a full donation. I never had new donor bonus. Today it's way better, for new people donating you can earn $100 each donation for first 4 donations, after that it's like $45 then $75 you can earn each week donating so still better. I am have been a regular donor for 5 months. All of my donations have been seamless except for the occasional brusing (which is to be expected). This happens more with an inexperienced phelbotomist. Shout out to Janeth, Lorena, Steven and Angel for always being soo sweet, everytime. They never leave bruises and always chat. They are my absolute favorites.
