i usually don’t write reviews and i try to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, this needs attention. i went here on monday this week and received 5 star treatment and came back for a second donation today and it was completely different. the receptionist was being rude to the people going and asking questions (which isn’t that big of an issue considering everyone has bad days) and then the phlebotomist that was doing the needle stick blew not one of my veins but 2 of them and made me unable to finish the donation.... read more
I was disqualified from donating plasma simply because I had been in jail for more than 72 hours — despite the fact that I’ve been medically cleared, had multiple doctor visits, and have no diseases or health concerns. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like I’m being unfairly judged over something that has nothing to do with my current health or ability to donate safely. Went to donate 2nd time within a week because of the inclement weather it was 6 days after the first donation so they paid me like it was the first visit should have specified the week time frame Sunday thru Saturday not that it’s your 2nd donation within a week
I come here twice a week every week and almost all of the staff is great but any time I have to interact with Sophie who is often at the front desk she is rude and stand offish. Probably the worst employee to have greeting customers
Made sure to donate before the 27th,to make my 7th time this month and get my 20 dollar bonus. Only to find out you also have to refer someone. Which was not mentioned in the ad or anywhere. Kind of a letdown
