Everyone here is so friendly
This place is horrible I have tried to donate more than 15 times and they give me the run around I had blood work done at my doctor that week and they wouldn't do it because there was still a mark on my arm tried to say so many things it's always a excuse
The receptionist was very rude and I do not tolerate rudeness
The receptionist was very rude which made me very unhappy. I heard her talking about me to two of the nurses or the people that draw the plasma or whatever. I do not appreciate how the receptionist was so rude and to mention it was a first time visit for me needless to say I will not be coming back here ever again. At least not until they teach people how to be nice to customers .
