Don’t bother. They keep denying me cuz of my pulse. No other donation place has EVER denied me. I’m the healthiest person I know lol.
The facility's interior temperature is quite cold, and staff have informed donors that they cannot wear hats within the building or while donating. Although staff members are well-insulated, donors are not permitted to stay warm under blankets. Upon exiting, management stated that no exceptions can be made for anyone in a loud tone from across the room. When approached, I requested an exception, to which I responded that I would choose not to donate.
It’s one star for today because when I get there they wanna tell me about how I got to make an appointment because something happened I not even a new donor so I don’t how I couldn’t donate
I used to like this place however. Wasting someone’s time and gas should not be allowed. I left my ID at home said I’d be back and then they said I could no longer donate because they needed to do a physical and I was 14 minutes past the time. They knew I was coming back and still would not allow me. This is ridiculous. Delete my account same day. I will never come back.
It's clean, the staff are wonderful and they keep very close to the appointment time. I appreciate that I don't feel like cattle here.
