My phlebotomist Alisha made sure I felt comfortable and assured that the donation procedure would be safe and monitored. Glad that Grifols has professional experience like Alisha’s!!!
People who run the place was rude and unprofessional. Also had inexperienced staff sticking people with no director. There’s also a fake security at the front.
Seems to be nice place. Young white woman at reception is so nice. Unfortunately she said i cannot get new donor promotion here because i donated within 6months in grifols chicago. I wonder if it is true. I didn't donate in biomat only in grifols.
