Staffing are very disrespectful lie when they make a mistake and only got half pay when they made the mistake I dont recommend this place to any one
I can not say enough good things about this place. From the amazing atmosphere to the awesome customer service. Needles can be a scary thing for a lot of people..but i’ve seen, first hand, them put those people’s mind at ease. A lot of medical centers don’t prioritize customer service but Grifols goes above and beyond when it comes to it. I completely understand policies and procedures, but you have employees creating their own policies and procedures. No where does it say you have to stay at one Grifols location and donate there. People who are donating for a good cause should be allowed to donate as long as it’s within the same company. This location just told me to travel to another location which is 10+ miles, 30 something minutes, and refused to allow me to donate here because it’s not my home location. Same experiences as many others posted here. Advertising says donate two times within a 7 day period to get a $50/$70 payout but they don't tell you that it has to been within THEIR pay week. Total BS. They also don't show hidden atm fees on their statements so their $50 payout is closer to $45 or less. They also hire incompetent phlebotomists - I was infiltrated twice by the same tech because they wouldn't allow me to ask for someone else. The bp machines for vitals are outdated! For over a year I've struggled with my BP reading being out of control. So much so that I went to the doctor to get my bp checked because according to them mine was very high, only for my doctor to tell me my BP was perfectly normal. The staff are cool but if you can't get past the initial intake it ends up being a waste of time. Don't go if your trying to make some extra $ on your last dime your time will be wasted
