Every staff member here has been phenomenal with the exception of the awful guy at the front desk, Marcus has the worst attitude towards people coming in from any place I've ever been. I hope he learns better people skills and not wandering away from his desk for long periods of time then blaming others for being 1 minute late when he's the reason you can't check in when he's not at the front desk.
