New donors are told to report in by 8 AM at the latest. That's never mentioned to anyone with an actual schedule. I've tried to donate a few times now, and the staff has been nothing but rude about it to me. Perhaps if they "didn't run out of supples" for new donors and accepted more than just the 8 AM scrunch, they would have a better review from me.
The staff is really nice. They are also so cool. The keep me laughing and treats donors like family.
