I've been donating for a total of 3 years (for fun money) & I've had a better, more professional & incident-free experience at this location than my unfortunate year-long stint with the Kalamazoo location. The ones who complain about staff, protocol, pay issues, & whatnot are more often than not whining because they aren't able to do drugs, eat terribly, have conflicting health issues, have outdated/damaged identification or slide right in to donate despite how many people are ahead of them. Nice staff for the most part.
Friendly, clean. They did mess up my pay for a return donor after 4years. They really should consider increasing the pay for there regular donors. But other than that it isn’t a bad place. Underpay for returning donor was easily and quickly fixed. I will keep it at 4 stars not due to the staff, the staff is great but to the business donor pay. Considering they are clean and more high end for donations center, their pay should reflect that.
