The black lady with big black glasses at the front desk lied and said I called her a name so I couldn’t donate… I would give them a negative star if I could!!! Horrible customer service and management… Very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional!!!!!! But the so called manager wouldn’t pull the camera to see that I didn’t say nothing to that lady!!! SMH!!!! This place is pathetic…
Staff was friendly and helped me when I started feeling sick while donating. Only issue I'm having is getting my compensation. It's been 3 days and I've called multiple times. They do not answer their phones. I've called 7 times in a row at one point and still no answer. I tried calling the hotline number as well and they just tell me the same thing, "reach out to the center." I have kids and a job and can't just drive there to actually get the assistance I need. Kind of annoyed.
