Good system and great helping staff
most of the employees (who are supposed to be phlebotomist) do not know what they are doing. They will stick you without knowing where your vein is which causes them to have to re-stick you. it's happened to me multiple times. today I left with a bloody arm and an ice pack
This place won't let me donate because I get mail to a P.O. Box! This is so ridiculous! Horrible service here! Even with a letter from a bank with both my street address and p.o Box they say its not good enough!
Majority of them do not know what they're doing. I myself and another person I know have had too many issues with them where they can't find your vein, can't check your vitals and blood pressure because they don't put the sleeve on tight enough, and they defer you for THEIR mistakes. It's very frustrating. they need to clean house and hire more ppl that know what they're doing. it's only maybe 5 ppl I've encountered that know what they're doing but I barely see them when I come there. everybody is respectfull.
Pay out the same amount other Grifols pay. Why do Lancaster donors get paid less for donations and bonus doesnt make since is our plasma worth less than los angeles donors???
