This place is the epitome of SLOW!!!!!!!!! Doesn't make any sense. And the staff really are rude and act like they are all at funerals or something! Lol its a shame how much cheaper they are than other plasma centers also. They need to do better that is all!
what is going on with lab.been loyal donor for months. now my lab results are lost or not processed.they say I cant donate now.who do you u talk to.nobody there knows whats going on!

I have never been so upset with a place of business as I am with Biomate. I visted Biomate on 8/26 my husband sat on a bed for a hour and 15 min. to wait to be stuck to donate and then another 30 min. to be taken down. Now I am sorry but at 4 pm it wasn't packed and there was no reason for that long of a delay and when the money u get isn't enough for the time spent.
