I love this place, the staff is so friendly and always willing to answer my questions and make sure that I am as comfortable as possible.
Phlebotomists are all great, clean and organized, pay is timely. They did just switch to a new pay scale that I'm not a fan of, but over all it does mean more money monthly so a lot of people are excited.
Out of all of the donation for plasma places, I chose this one because they are very kind and they get things taken care of I really do appreciate. Also, Jack and Parker for making the issue. I was having taken care of in a timely manner! I will continue use biomat in orem because of the great customer service and awesome employees.
Amazing center! Very quick l, get in and out very quickly, and the staff are very friendly!! Would highly recommend
