Some of the employees are over sensitive and are unprofessional. They also like to snitch and lie (harass)to get you kicked out. If it wasn't for the very few good employees I wouldn't go.

Great place to donate, comfortable with an easy going staff, they get you in and out quick.
Well, love is a strong word. A 4.5 would be more accurate. But they did a very good job overall. This was my first time donating plasma. They communicated the lengthy time needed for the initial visit and although it took 4 hours, they moved the process along pretty fast. Kept calling my name and taking me to new room for interview, then the finger prick, then the kiosk. The longest part was for me to read the binder (I read everything in detail.
