For my first Time experience I would say it went well. You need to have a full day to get signed up, everyone was super friendly and answered all my questions. Went over all the pros and safety measures of donating plasma. The second time it went a lot faster, and still just as friendly.
Everyone there was super friendly. For it being my first time they answered all my questions and made sure I didn't have any before the process began.
