The customer service of management and their communication within the staff is utterly terrible. Management passes off all accountability for dropping the ball and cannot own up to their mistakes. I actually feel really bad for the staff as they seem unhappy most of the time with the work environment. They definitely make you feel like a milking cash cow and nothing else but the numbers they want.
