RecommendedThe staff is awesome! Clean facility. I have continued to donate through the current crisis and notice all of the new guidelines being followed in an effort to protect staff and donors. All of the employees deserve a big round of applause for being there and working hard through these circumstances. All of us are risking our lives every time we leave our homes. Thanks so much! Biomat almost killed me once. They messed up my line and hours went by before they realized there was a puddle of blood underneath my bed. They took a litter of plasma and over a liter of blood was on the floor. In response they gave me a gatorade and immediately kicked me out and said i wouldn't be able to come back for 4 months. Took months to feel normal again after that and they took zero responsibility. Never going back
