If you cant take multiple people back all at once, limit the appointment slots. This lobby should never be full with 20 minute intervals in-between people going back.
Called 5 times on hold for 5 mins then phone call ends. I just wanted to ask a few questions That were not addressed on the website.
I am never aloud to donate at this center because I have a mental illness which is NOT an FCC regulation since other donation centers allow me to donate with out even so much as a permission note.
