Horrible experiences with the manager Armando and Audi the male nurse. Do not donate with Grifols especially at the Dallas Biomate location off of Gus Thomason in Dallas 75228. I was a new donor and one of their young inexperienced technicians Ladaijah forgot to tighten the cuff on my arm before she put the needle in my arm and because of that I have a massive bruise on my arm.
