Horrible experiences with the manager Armando and Audi the male nurse. Do not donate with Grifols especially at the Dallas Biomate location off of Gus Thomason in Dallas 75228. I was a new donor and one of their young inexperienced technicians Ladaijah forgot to tighten the cuff on my arm before she put the needle in my arm and because of that I have a massive bruise on my arm. The managers are very understanding it's very clean their always smiling great at getting you on a bed fast
Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was very impressed by how much they care about their donors.
Awesome staff, and excellent service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. they treat you like family it's a great place to save lives!
I love coming here...they all know you by name. They are very friendly and very good at what they do.
