The people was friendly. The facility was clean. The process was smooth. They was very help and made sure I was comfortable and nothing was hurting.
Very pleased with my experiences at BioLife in Spartanburg. Very clean and all the staff is very welcoming. I recently had an "episode" there where I just didn't feel well half way into my donation. Nurses jumped to action in milliseconds and took very good care of me. I appreciate everyone there and would recommend them to anyone.
Gabby is so sweet and exactly what you want from a nurse. I told Sea about bad reactions I had at previous donation attempts and she was super accommodating and tried to adjust things for a better experience. But my body just refuses to let me give up plasma. Give it a try even if you're scared, everyone I encountered was nice.
