New donor, just went for my second time! Fast, clean, everybody there is friendly and awesome! Well worth the time!
Most employees are great, there is one guy who moves at a snails pace and one lady who flirts with all male donors and cackles loudly. She also is rather rude. So, only two employees who are not up to par. BUT--- the wait times are ridiculous!!! There is not enough people to check everyone in. Their staffing needs review.
Donated today and got absolutely nothing in return. Asked the guy at the front desk why it says I got my payment but when I try to make a purchase it says low funds. Called the customer service number and they told me my card was still negative but on the actual app the balance im supposed to have is there.
Everybody was super nice and welcoming, the front desk lady, Julian the screening gentleman, Sonia and Nathan conducting the physical assessment, and Jessica the phlebotomist. Everything was great and I will definitely be back, however my only recommendation would be to have a phlebotomist be a part of the screening process towards the beginning in order to assess if there are good veins and if some people have tattoos, in order to be able to tell up front if they will be able to proceed and be a candidate that is able to do... read more
