I've just started donating again and I have to say every time I come in every single staff member is friendly and caring, even on crazy busy days they still manage to continue to be great!
I was gonna write a huge long review about how Celeste consistently did more work than (I counted) 7 other people combined today, but then I deleted it all. Anyway, every single time I'm there she's working the hardest by a factor of at least 3 and I never hear anyone say, "Celeste, you're amazing" so today I told her. Also Angel is an angel. And they're both gorgeous. The end.
I could write multiple paragraphs about the lack of organization, communication, and abysmal service of this place.
This place is great the max time I ever stayed inside was 2 hours 1 hour waiting and 1 hour doing plasma they work fast
