Poor management of their appointments leads to 2 + hour visits. They dont seem to care about their customers time as waiting endlessly seems to be an acceptable business plan to them. The manager who pops out from time to time doesnt sub in to help at all and just watches as the line builds.
I am so happy I was referred to BioLife The visits are a whole lot more professional than other centers (I won't mention 1 name). Always professional and upbeat and the staff is top notch
BioLife needs to move quicker doing disconnects and Vicky and angel are the best
