BioLife will drop your promotional rate due to their own administrative delays, then hide behind a 'voluntary program' excuse when you ask management to honor the original rate. I drive 31 miles one-way to donate. My protein tested at 5.9, so I was sent home and told to return in two weeks for an unpaid retest. Very professional and kind staff, makes you feel welcomed. Clean facility, good environment.
Even though today was my first bad experience every other time has been great, but today I was in line with about four other people behind me and we were all told to go sit down, every person that was behind me and showed up after me got hooked up well before I did, and when I was finally hooked up the nurse stabbed me with the needle like I had done her wrong in some way when I have been nothing but respectful to the entire staff. Otherwise every other time I have shown up here I have had no issues.
Brandi was absolutely amazing! She is friendly, efficient, and you can tell she CARES!
