My experience as a new donor at BioLife was pleasant and comfortable. All the team members were professional, kind, and informative. Special thanks to my personal care team RN Jodie and phlebotomist Gage. Although the initial intake visit is time-consuming, I do appreciate the entire process to ensure donor and product safety. I am looking forward to continuing my donations to help others in need.
Make sure to read the fine print these scams dont tell you for 1 that not all location offer the 850 dollar click bait and that most locations only give you 650 over 8 separate trips dont fall for the scam like click bait they wont pay you 850 dollars at 1 time its broken down thru 8 diffrent transactions which they so slyly leave out until youve wasted your tike signing up for the appointment hope thus saves some ppl the time one hell of a shady marketing tool they use
First time as a new donor and everyone seemed annoyed, frustrated and rude when checking in. I just left it was like they didn’t want me there so I left. It was busy so maybe they were tired or frustrated but not a good experience.
