Went in for my physical and was completely forgotten about for 20 minutes. I had to ask about my physical again and as soon as I did the nurse runs out of her office to get me because she didn’t want it to seem like she was being negligent. Then when I finally get in the room she’s talking to whoever she’s training (which is fine) so i start closing the apps and whatever I was doing on my phone since the line was taking awhile. This place is a joke and lie to people no one knows what they are doing and waste your time don't bother going tried going twice and told me two different things first time said it had to be three months after my surgery I waited till it was three months made another appointment got there and waited three hours after my appointment only to be told I couldn't do it for a year after surgery but my son who had surgery just two months before me has been donating for a month can you explain that? Nurse Tuan Nguyen was extremely friendly and helpful in navigating the donation process. Im editing my review. This place is now filled with inexperienced phlebotomists, they put the newbies on the floor and use the experienced ones to staff screening. I was deferred because newbies couldn't stick me right. I now go to ked plasma and they have never failed a stick. Stay away from biolife plasma. Also management is very rude.
