I know there are a lot of people but this is the third time I’ve been here, first time was 2.5 hours, second time I left since it was 2 hours and I wasn’t in a bed yet and now the third time got here at 5:40pm and it is now almost 7pm and still waiting to be stuck. Honestly completely unacceptable, staff is doing their best but it’s just too much

This place needs to be closed down the workers are very lazy we are here for at least 3 hours before we are seen and the they stick terrible

If I could leave 0 stars I would have come back to this place twice second time waste of time says 675 for donation then it’s if you donate multiple times this place is bs

The ladies up front were nice, and it's a nice clean place. however, it's not listed on their site, but people receiving treatment for psoriasis cannot donate. That's not the issue. The issue was the black nurse telling me my immune system is so messed up they dont want my plasma because sick people need it and they dont want to make them sicker. She didn't need to say all that. She could have just said we dont accept people with certain conditions. It would have been fine.
