The staff at the Lakewood Biolife are kind, courteous and caring. Professionals at what they do. The process is simple and hassle free. If any undesirables come through the door, they are handled immediately and without anyone noticing. A safe place BUT There is one particular tech i can't stop thinking about but Im trying to keep it professional. I wish she would wear her name thing y on her white thingy so I'd at least know her name

Horrible service. DO NOT CALL THEM. Save yourself the headache. You will not be talking to the location. You will be talking to an AI ROBOT. Whatever you need help with you'll have to figure out yourself. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had been donating plasma in this location since January of 2026, but on the 08/13/26 I was late just for 15 minutes, because I had to commute by bus, and the stuff refused to accept me. The reason was: “we are busy today, and if I accept you 15 minutes late we will be even busier”. In other words, nobody there cares about your time you spend on commuting there unless you’re comfortable for them. Such treatment of a returning donor is unacceptable. I will never be back to this place.
The people are very helpful and welcoming. they are always looking to make sure one is comfortable and safe. They are always giving great tips on how to prepare for pre-donation and post donation.
