Today I had an appointment and I was told I couldn't donate because the doctor or nurse couldn't find my vein and he even tried to go for both of my arms. First there was a younger lady that tried to do it and I was very nervous because she only been there for one month. Then the guy came over and he looked very sweaty and moving very fast. Had to wait over 4 hours to finish my process they don’t tell you it takes that long
Staff is rude, lines are long, they treat you like you are less than a person. If you can go to another location I suggest you do so.
