I gave an extra star for the appearance of the place. It’s neat, clean, organized, and doesn’t give u the “ick” feeling about getting poked in a non-hospital setting. HOWEVER, these folks need to get it together. My appt was at 4pm, and twice I was told “don’t worry you’ll still be able to donate today”. Come 6pm, I still had not done my physical, a girl popped her head in and didn’t realize I was even still there! Everyone had left. First of all, the people that work at the Methuen biolife in Massachusetts are really good people. After that things go downhill. The rewards for the first month started out double what they pay every month after that. I drive a half an hour to get there and it makes it less worth it. Secondly, you end up waiting longer than you should even though it requires an appointment. They allow too many appointments at the same time I guess. And all the beds are filled.
