Staff is always great. Very polite and respectful. Plus I barely ever have a wait time and if I do it’s not long at all. Will always recommend to people
The technician who was trying to do the plasma withdrawal couldn't find my veins then once she gave up she first asked me if it hurt prior to taking the needle out. I said it never feels good to have a needle in an arm but I'm fine with her searching to continue. She tried again then abruptly changed her deminor and said we were done and that I kept moving and my breathing didn't help either and said next time it'd be a good idea to try and stay still and not make any noises. I experienced no issues from the moment I walked into Bio-Life to donate plasma to the second I left. My encounters with the employees were professional and met with a level of courtesy that I’d expected. The staff was supportive and appreciative of the donation.
