The last three donations have taken two hours or longer. Today’s donation is approaching two hours and I only had one person in line ahead of me. This place is seriously understaffed and after the compensation decrease, the enjoyment here has declined immensely.

Very nice people for the most part. I have had one person be rude to me. I like donating very much but, if we are more than ten minutes late, we have to reschedule. But we may sit there for a couple of hours. Maybe look into once maybe three people pick an appointment time, remove it from the board. That may help move things along a little faster. Thanks!
The system of giving plasma at BioLife was organized. I liked how they gave new time donors a bit of a privilege to not have to wait as long. I used the time of giving plasma to read and pray for the ones that would be getting my plasma. There was only one or two times it hurt a little worse than others depending on the phleboomist. They do allow you to ask for another person who is more experienced.
