Good staff and clean and quick even when it's super busy. The only reason it's 2 stars is because I was late by 2 minutes and they told me to reschedule when at a different bio life center they let still sign in.
This place , the atmosphere, the friendly faces, and the service really make your experience there ( Harker Heights) . Keep up the work...
I have made 7 donations in the past 4 weeks. 4 total Phlebotomists. 2 were experienced pros. No issues. 2 were inexperienced Phlebotomists. They had issues administering needles. Didnt go in cleanly. Blood not flowing. Needed to switch arms. Needed to adjust needles several times. Bruising and pain after donations. I understand new employees and training. But these needs to be someone overseeing newer team members. These negative experiences may me hesitate to donate. And must for others.
