Absolutely horrible customer service ive been calling up there and no one answers the phone and even when you leave a message no response back has really gone downhill since opening because of the people who work there now
Sometimes you can be in and out in a little over an hour which is great. Today sat in a seat for over an hour before getting stuck. Also they frequently get new people in so prepare your arms to go absolutely massacred by people who are new to inserting needles so good luck
Maximize the staff available, don't close down bays and send people to stock when lines are out the door, it makes for a frustrating experience for the staff and the patients who are waiting
