Because my son cannot donate plasma because his stupid psychiatrist made an error saying that he wouldn't do well. The psychiatrist retracted his comment and that was over 5 years ago. Ty doesn't even see a psychiatrist anymore...They still won't allow him to participate.
Disgusted by the dishonest nurses who make up flimsy nonsense to defer you from making your 2nd donation of the week (the 50$ one) and seek to deprive you of the prize packages they advirtize. Yesterday 3 out of 4 staffers hallucinated that there's a rash on my arm. (THERE ISNT) but they would not apply the iodine because the pigmentation of my skin would not allow them to see if I was having an allergic reaction to the iodine "in the light". I have tried all morning to get on the app on my phone and on the website. No luck. I called the number to cancel my appointment and it's a recording. I've tried different search engines and the page still won't load. SMH
Some of the workers are nice but others are rude. Then when you're done they ignore you for ten minutes.
I was turned away today despite having been there before because I have a felony on my record and didn't pass their background check. I've donated here before this policy was in place and I have type O blood which means I'm a universal donor.
Clean and friendly environment! The staff is well trained.
