went to biolife yesterday. as someone who has been going for several months and not missed a week I had platinum status ($20 then $70) well I was told there were to many new clients and I couldn't donate. so I lost my platinum status because they are closed today. I even called ahead and got denied for new people. I should at least get to keep my Platinum since it was their fault they let 10 new people in at once
Always clean and friendly
As a previous donor, I went in for a physical and wanted to update my name with Biolife. I had my state issued driver's license, social security card and passport all with my updated name. I was turned away because I did not have a copy of my marriage certificate with me. I tried explaining to the manager that these were state and federal documents that would have seen my marriage certificate but it didn't matter. Sat there for a hour and a half passed all the test just to be denied cause I was in jail 3 or 4 years ago won't be back and won't refer anyone to go there
My appointment was today at 11:45 this was my first time. I sat and waited over an hour for someone to talk to me. I filled out my info done my fingerprint and picture only for them to tell me that i live in sutton which is too far away for me to donate. There is no plasma clinics in sutton I drove an hour to get to this clinic. Why would they reject plasma from anyone just because they live and hour away ??? And why wouldnt they have told me this before having me drive that far (66 miles) and wait over hour in their waiting... read more
