inconsiderate as far as peoples time 3 out of my last 5 donations have take. over 2 hours because they are more worried about talking to each other
RecommendedBiolife is pretty great! The only thing I am having a problem with is the App. Doesn’t let me sign in nor does it recognize my email although biolife sends me emails. Please help fix this problem so that I can schedule my appointments! Thank you!
The employees are super nice. My biggest complaint is the waiting to either be hooked up or disconnected. I've waited up to 45 minutes to get hooked up a few times.
Friendly staff, everyone there is so nice, but it is frustrating when you have to wait 10-15 minutes to be disconnected when your finished. Other than that it's great!

This Business Is Very Unprofessional, I Got Deferred Permanently Because I'm On Probation and Have A Sweat Patch On My Shoulder, Was Told That Because I Was In Cascade County Jail From January 19th thru Feb 16th 2017 They Are Going To Have To Throw Away All The Plasma That I've Donated From October 2017 To My Last Donation Which Was This Past Monday LMFAO The Little Bald Fag Kept Saying It's In His Policies and I Asked 3 Times If I Could Have A Copy of Their Policies and Never Got One, He Couldn't Show Me Them or Where It Sa... read more
Why schedule an appointment when your appointment isn't recognized? I had an appointment and it took an hour before I saw someone beyond the front desk, although there were other new donors coming in and getting helped while I sat and waited.
