RecommendedI recommend, but the Dubuque location is grossly understaffed! I understand donors are getting paid, but making us wait excessive amounts of time is completely disrespectful. Any other business would suffer!
Very friendly staff that work there. They talk you through everything so you can understand the process. They answer any questions you have and are very attentive. 👍

First question I asked was if the tattoo on the inside of my left arm would pose a problem. There’s a half inch gap in the crease of my arm, so I was told it wouldn’t pose an issue. Next step was to be examined by a nurse of some sort to find eligible veins. Was told I had two perfect veins in my right arm, and one in the left if needed. Spent the next 2 1/2 hours being examined and answering awkwardly intricate questions about my tattoos. Do they really need to know why I got a tattoo, and what it means to me?
