the machaine messed up took 179ml from my husband, they wanted to try the other arm, he said no because the machaine was spinning fast and clicking, left him go. he lost blood and his arm with in a half hour is so bruised. He didn't even get compensation on full payment. Machaine was at fault and your staff wanted him to try the other arm! why? to loose more blood and plasma. Never will return.

BioLife and their staff are the most professional, efficient and friendly facility I've donated with.
Purposely blowing peoples veins so they miss out on specials. Has happened to 4 people I know who go and donate. All of them happened last week. Not a coincidence that if they mess up and blow your vein they won’t let you donate and then you lose out on several bonuses. 🤬😡
I donated about 2 weeks ago and still have bruising because the tech screwed up
