I’ve been going here for over 3 years. On the February 13th I had my worst experience yet. (To add onto my other bad experiences) My left arm is bruised badly half way up my arm and nearly 2/3 around my arm. PURPLE BLUE AND BLACK. She missed my vein and then tried about 5 more times to get my vein. FINALLY she got it. On my first return I had intense pain up to my shoulder I immediately started flagging down whoever was closet to me. I always have a great experience. I believe I've donated 45 times since July 2017. I've had some hematomas with the return saline at the end but, we discovered we just needed to slow the return down. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They always want you to be comfortable and always say if you need anything just let us know. When I did get the hematomas they were there in a heart beat to help. I think everyone is very professional there. I have great confidence in them.
If I didn't lose feeling in my arm every time I donated, maybe this shithole wouldn't get such a negative review.
