Be careful where you choose to go to donate, some locations such as the Waite Park one don't actually care about what they are doing for the world, they run this like a bad business and don't care to fix poor customer service and poor judgment calls, what they are doing is important and they run it like its a joke, I wouldn't give this place the chance to make your experience as horrible as it has made so many other people's, go to the St. Cloud location or one of the others, keep your donations meaningful!
What a joke and a waste of my time. They need to make their employees more aware of what conditions enable you to donate plasma before they waste peopes time....like at the front desk. I wasted at least 3 hours of my time in total just to be told that I cant donate. Once a year and a half ago because I was too close to chemotherapy infusion and now today because I have lymphedema, which I had a year and a half ago when I was there!!! RecommendedFirst time there today and it was an overall great experience! Everyone was very professional and informative throughout the whole initial visit process! My first donation was seamless and I will be back again end of the week!
