Never answer when your told to call them back for info !!! !! For 2 days straight! Under staffed . Very poorly and unprofessionally ran!!
The playroom was not staffed for my appointment time. Waited an extra 10 minutes before leaving.

I've had a good experience up until now. I referred a friend and still haven't gotten my buddy bonus and my buddy and I have met all the requirements. I've called several times with no resolution of the matter. Not very pleased with this. Nobody will even return my call.
Friendly, professional staff and facility. I'm treated well. I have made up to $120 a week giving plasma. Just keep your iron and protein levels up. (Spirulina and Matrix).
Performance of a service to help others
My children were in the daycare. When I was done with my donation I went to pick up the kids. I always had my kids pick up the room before we left. My 2 year old was walking around picking up blocks and putting them into the bag. He did an amazing job. After he picked up all of them, he started zipping the bag they were in. As he’s zipping it, the older lady ( I can’t remember her name at the moment) yelled “NO NO NOAH! BAD!!” She jerked the bag away from him! Red blood cells were injected into my arm tissue multiple times within a month of donating due to incompetent workers. Today I had to call for help seven times before someone noticed, and then had to wait another 5 minutes for a worker to take the needle out of my arm. Donating here isn’t worth the extra money.
