The Riverton, Ut Biolife has the best receptionist: Joyce is so friendly and helpful. They also have other employees who are wonderful-Dawn and Marianna, Jo and Keri are professional and friendly.
RecommendedBeen going to the tyler branch for a couple months now and the staff has so far been amazing and professional. I have not had any issues so far and each time I go it has been a good visit. I have not really had a single issue so far.
Have tried twice to donate both had some kind of donor deferrel when I’ve donated in Waco and they took me on the same account best thing to do stay away from a joke place like this

Wish that instead of being $20 it would be $30 it would be more worth it
I've donated before, but the staff has certainly gotten much nicer and more friendly. The nurse that gave me my annual physical, Kadeja was especially helpful and made my stay and experience very pleasant. They save lives, and repay you for your time. Can't recommend enough.
