how do you talk to someone other them receptionist about discrimination?
would not recommend. their sinks in the bathroom dont work, and their blood pressure machines are faulty. would only recommend if you like infections and diseases due to their unsanitary practices.

This location is pretty fantastic. Given I have never been to any other biolife establishment, yet my experience here was something I didn't quite expect in a place that involves needles. Everyone was just phenomenal. Great bedside manners, humor and they were just fun!
I have been donating since 2011, I went for my second donation last night (and just as a side note, I can’t use my right arm.) The technician missed my vein, dug around and called over someone else to try, he dug and dug and dug until I literally had blood start running out of my arm. The lady then TELLS ME, not asks, we are gonna use your right arm. I told her I don’t use it because they can never find my veins, it’s always unsuccessful and I just had a vein check done last week and they charted in my file not to use my rig... read more
I would donate yet if they would let me. However my blood tests at bio comes back showing I have things I've never even heard of. Took this concern to my Dr and they laughed but still tested me, which all came back neg! Told this to bio but now since I have 2 FALSE positive results according to their testing- I'm done....... and can NEVER donate again! Sorry but I trust my Drs results!
