HUGE HEMATOMA with no help from Biolife! The technician inserted the needle poorly such that the return of red blood cells was leaked into the surrounding tissue resulting in a huge hematoma that made the entire arm black/blue & extremely painful (front and back). Tried to contact Biolife management by phone and email but no-one responded which is terrible customer service! Do not plan to ever return!
